Batterer's Intervention for Females
- Duration: 26 Weeks - 52 Weeks
- Price: $25 per week
- Program: Intensive training for domestic violence, using didactic, group process, role-playing activities, and workbook.
Batterer's Intervention for Males
- Duration: 26 Weeks - 52 Weeks
- Price: $25 per week
- Program: Intensive training for domestic violence, using didactic, group process, role-playing activities, and workbook. Members will learn the necessary tools to change their thinking and behavior.
Certified Batterer's Intervention Program
MJM Counseling attempts to educate and create an alternative lifestyle for our Batterer’s Intervention Program (BIP) members:
- Stop abusive behavior.
- Be accountable for abusive behavior.
- Recognize that domestic violence and other forms of coercive behavior are wrong.
- Understand that abusive behavior has negative effects and consequences.
- Stop denying or downplaying their abusive behaviors.
- Stop victim blaming.
- Recognize that they are solely responsible for their violence.
